Individual Therapy

Our individual telehealth therapy sessions are designed to support you on your journey toward greater self-understanding and emotional well-being. Each session is 50 minutes and conducted via telehealth, offering you the flexibility and comfort of accessing therapy from wherever you feel most at ease.

Telehealth

Telehealth therapy allows you to access professional support from the comfort of your own space, providing flexibility and convenience while maintaining the highest standards of care. What is Telehealth Therapy? Telehealth therapy involves conducting counselling sessions online via a secure video platform. This approach ensures you can receive support wherever you are, eliminating the need for travel and offering a more accessible option for busy schedules or those in remote areas. Benefits of Telehealth Therapy: Convenience: Attend sessions from your home, office, or anywhere with privacy. Flexibility: Ideal for those with tight schedules or mobility challenges. Comfort: Engage in therapy from a familiar environment, which can help you feel at ease. Our Platform: We use Halaxy, a secure platform that meets all relevant privacy and regulation standards, ensuring your information and therapy sessions are confidential and protected. Preparing for Online Therapy: We recommend taking a few moments before your session to settle in, ensuring your space is private and distraction-free. After the session, allow yourself some time to transition and reflect, helping you integrate the experience into your day. Telehealth therapy makes professional support more accessible without compromising on quality or connection.

Couples Counselling

Our couples counselling sessions via telehealth provide a supportive and neutral space for you and your partner to explore challenges, improve communication, and strengthen your relationship. Each telehealth session is 50 minutes and conducted via telehealth, allowing you both the convenience of connecting from the comfort of your own space. Whether you’re working through conflicts, rebuilding trust, or enhancing your connection, we’ll help you navigate these conversations with care and guidance. Together, we’ll focus on understanding each other’s perspectives, fostering deeper intimacy, and creating a stronger foundation for your relationship.

Rebates and Third Party Cover

We strive to make our services as accessible as possible by offering several options for financial support: Medicare Rebates: If you have a GP Mental Health Care Plan, you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate on individual counselling sessions. This can significantly reduce the out-of-pocket cost of your therapy. Private Health Insurance: Rebates may be available through your private health insurance, depending on your individual policy and coverage. Please check with your provider to confirm your eligibility and the amount of rebate available. WorkCover, DVA, and TAC: Limited availability exists for clients under WorkCover, Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA), or Transport Accident Commission (TAC) schemes. Please enquire directly to confirm whether these can be accepted in your specific circumstances. NDIS Participants: We provide services for clients who are self-managed or plan-managed under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Please contact us to discuss how our support can align with your NDIS goals. If you have any questions or need assistance navigating these options, feel free to reach out.

Presenting Concerns

We provide support for a wide range of challenges, tailoring our approach to meet your unique needs. Some of the key areas we work with include: Anxiety: Addressing excessive worry, panic, social anxiety, and other related concerns. Depression: Supporting you in managing low mood, hopelessness, and loss of motivation. Personality Disorders: Providing compassionate care and strategies for navigating these complex patterns. Typically we require you to be linked in with additional supports if presentation is complex. We can provide assistance with linking in to other services if this is required. Stress and Trauma-Related Disorders, Including PTSD: Helping you process and heal from overwhelming experiences. Complex Trauma: Working with long-term impacts of early or repeated trauma to foster resilience and growth. Attachment and Relationship Issues: Exploring patterns in your relationships to build stronger, healthier connections. Life Transitions/Identity: Guiding you through major life changes, personal growth, or identity exploration. We are committed to creating a safe and supportive space to help you navigate these challenges and move toward a more fulfilling life.
